Chicken Satay

Ingredients :

Shredded green papaya
 2 cups
Fish sauce
 2 tbsp.
Palm sugar, if not available can substitute it with regular sugar
1 1/2 tbsp.
Lime juice
 3 tbsp.
Tomato, wedged
 1/2 cups
Dried shrimp
 1/2 cup
Peanuts
 1/4 cup
Green chilli
 10 pieces
Cloves garlic 5 pieces

 

Preparations:

1. Use motar and prestle to crush the chilli and garlic

2. Add shrimps, continue crushing, add sugar

3. Add the papaya, fish sauce, lime juice, tomato, peanuts. You may need to add either sugar, fish sauce, or lime, continue beating with the prestle.
